People on ski lift

If you’ve ever done a ski season or been on a ski trip then it’s likely that there were songs that featured heavily during that time. A soundtrack to probably some of the highest times of your life. These sorts of songs are unique to each person and each trip. Which is why this article isn’t a skiing playlist. That’s for you to compile with your skiing companions.

However, what you will find in this article is a list of songs about skiing that you’ll probably have never heard before. Songs that are rather jolly and silly, and some that go back a long way. They’re not the sort of tunes to get you pumped for the freshies. Or to encourage you to huck that cliff you’ve been eyeing all week. Instead, these songs about skiing will remind you of the joy and excitement of simply sliding around on wooden planks with your pals. And you never know, you might find yourself adding one of two of them to your next ski trip playlist after all!
